2.Features of DW-1

1) It can effectively solve the problems of paper damage and waste paper reuse of wet strength paper using PAE.

2) It can effectively reduce beating time and save energy.

3) After use, it can be directly used in papermaking without washing, and does not affect the effect of paper sizing or other additives.

3.Application method of DW-1

1) The addition position can be selected in the pulper, control the pulp concentration ≥ 6%, raise the pulp temperature to 65-75 ℃, adjust the pH value ≥ 10 with NaOH, add dw-1 dissociating agent, and then pass the disc mill after crushing. It can also be treated at 65 ℃ - 75 ℃ in the beater (generally about 30 minutes) to complete the dissociation.

2) Generally, 0.3-0.8% absolute dry pulp is used according to the original wet strength of the paper.

The factory shall determine the specific dosage in actual production according to the wet strength and paper loss.

4.Product packaging and storage

The product packaging bag is 25kg / bag. When stacking in the warehouse, it shall be ensured that less than 1 ton is an opposite unit, and ventilation channels shall be reserved between the units to avoid no gap stacking of products more than 1 ton.
