2. Characteristics of HM-2701

HM-2701 adopts the latest synthesis method of our company. It has special zwitterionic  distribution characteristics, excellent performance in water filtration and low foam. It is very suitable for the system with serious foaming issue caused by the high degree of closed circulation of white water. At the same time, it improves the strength of paperboard， improves the papermaking performance，and fiber retention. It is especially suitable for production process for bobbin paper and box board paper with wastepaper as a raw material.

The characteristics of hm-2701 are summarized as follows:

1) It can improve the breaking resistance, folding resistance, ring compression strength and interlayer bonding strength;

2) Suitable for paper machines with high degree of closed circulation of high white water;

3) The product has low foam, high efficiency and good adaptability of paper machine.

3. Usage and precautions of HM-2701

1) Please use clean water when diluting the product. Do not use unclean water such as white water. The dilution ratio is generally about 15-20 times. The diluted product may produce floc precipitation due to isoelectric point. Therefore, it must be ensured that the dilution process meets the addition requirements. It is recommended to use online dilution device for dissolution, dilution and addition. As the dilution state of the product has a great impact on the use effect, it is recommended to use it under the guidance of our technical service personnel.

2) The addition position shall be selected where it can be fully mixed with the slurry. Generally, it is added in the batching tank or high-level tank.

3) Please use FRP, PVC, PE and other plastics or stainless steel for the materials of product storage tank, dilution tank and piping. Iron products will corrode and increase the viscosity of the product. Do not use it.

4) Do not premix with other chemicals, especially strong cationic or anionic substances, such as aluminum sulfate.

5) The storage period of the product is 6 months. For expired products, there may be quality degradation. Please pay attention.

6) As the product is acidic, please rinse it with tap water if it comes into contact with skin. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with tap water and ask a doctor for examination. If you drink by mistake, spit it out and send it to the hospital for examination.
